Overconfidence

One word, fatal effect. Overconfidence destroys career. It's good to be confident but too much of good is bad. When your confidence overflows, it drowns your success. What causes overconfidence? EGO/PRIDE. When your ego is too high, you become overconfident by default. It's good to believe in oneself. In fact, one of the ingredients of success is CONFIDENCE but OVERCONFIDENCE is also one of the ingredients of failure.

When you kill your pride and ego, you begin to rise to success. Speak less of your achievements or what you intend to achieve. Don't let overconfidence ride you. Overconfidence is a force that has in one way or the other affected every human. But your ability to manipulate and eliminate it makes you triumph.
