You seem to be free but not actually free

As a teen, you still need to be guided by some rules and regulations. Once you deviate from them, you are about to lose control.

When a car loses control, it destroys itself and also hurt or kill its controller. In a bid not to endanger your life and that of your parent/guardian, Stay controlled! Stay safe!!

You are designed for the top

If you are a human, irrespective of your physical challenges, I have good news for you and that is the fact that you are designed for the top. God designed you to be the best. A special instrument was included in you while you were being made. A world-class talent was issued to you. You won't know because you were not conscious while it is being done but it is your job to discover it because the earlier the the better. Everyone is struggling to make it. Most people struggle without paying attention to their own life. Eventually, they end up dying young. Why not study yourself and get your talent. Surprisingly, what you call an hobby can be your lifetime talent. Pay attention to your life, study yourself so that you can get the best out of yourself.

Let's take a look at a star. A star has five points but only one is at the top. The fore others are below. This is because all of the points are connected to ONE centre. It's only the one that goes in a perfect vertical direction that makes it to the topmost top.

MY ADVICE TO THE YOUTHS OF THIS GENERATION - Disconnect from the usual, embrace your talent, carve a niche for yourself in your career of choice (be unique), and we shall meet at the TOP.

It is possible

It is one thing to have a talent. It is another thing to be confident about it. Most people think since they are short of finances or maybe since they don't have connections that certain things are not possible. I am using this medium to tell you that it is possible. All you need to do is to build your confidence, summon courage, go for it and it is done. An anonymous adage says, "even IMPOSSIBLE says I'M POSSIBLE." So, why should you be scared of doing the impossible; of doing that thing you think it's impossible but you wanna do. Build up your confidence.

Late Nelson Mandela once said: "It always seems impossible until it is done." You can't believe that it is possible until you do it. Likewise those that are around you that might even try to discourage you from doing it. Just try to build your confidence. In addition, I will like to let you know that there is a very clear and vivid difference between "Confidence" and "Overconfidence".Don't be overconfident in anything you do. Exhibit a moderate degree of confidence and the impossible will turn possible. YES, YOU CAN.

You are not obsolete

If you are reading this article, I have a good news for you. The good news is that you are NOT obsolete. For you to be reading this article, that means you are alive and well. For you to be alive and well, that means you are not obsolete. Obsolete means something that is no more in use; something that is not relevant. Do you think that since you've been failing all this while, you are not relevant to this world? Do you think that since you don't have money, you are obsolete to the entire universe? Do you think your inability to meet up with the social standards makes you obsolete?

Well, I am emphatically telling you that you are not OBSOLETE; you are not IRRELEVANT. Let's take a look at the dictionary. In the dictionary, we have some words that are marked obsolete but I don't believe they are. For a word to be listed in the dictionary, that means it can still be used which means it is not obsolete. For you to be in this world, that means you can still shine which means you are not irrelevant. For you to be alive and well, you are relevant. Tom Cruise, the veteran Hollywood actor is not the only Hollywood actor that acts the kind of role he acts. But he made himself relevant. He removed his name from the list of obsolete humans. Tribute To NELSON MANDELA - by Taslim OKUNOLA

When I learnt about the work of Nelson Mandela, I felt calling myself a comrade is just an appellation. The world just lost the TRUE COMRADE. One of the greatest men that could ever be produced. What kind of man shakes hand with those who imprisoned him after staying behind bars for 27 years? What kind of man will put his opponents in his agenda even after they have oppressed him? The only leader that sought so much for the Children's right. The man that fought rigorously for FREEDOM. I wish all the flags in the whole wide world could fly half-mast just for you. You deserve more honour. You have actually lived a life. You gave South Africans right to stay in their fatherland peacefully. Which politician could have been better than you? Which activist could have been better than you? Which president could have been better than you? MADIBA, you lived a life. You have inspired a whole lot of people including me. YOU ARE AFRICA! You will surely be remember for a very long time. We will miss you. MAXIMUM RESPECT for you, sir!

Don't be regressive

Some people are scared to invest in their career because they are not sure if it will prosper. With this, they tend to remain regressive. Once, you know you wanna start your career, you should know that it is what you find joy in doing, it is what you know how to do best, it is what you have talent in. Then, I believe you should not be scared of injecting lots of capital into it. When you get scared of investing in your career, you tend to stay in the minimal level of success forever.

An anonymous quote stated that: "You can't fall if you don't climb. But there's no joy in living your whole life on the ground". From this quote, it is agreed that you may lose if you invest in your careeer maybe as a starter but you can't lose if you don't invest. Moreso, it is not a good idea to remain regressive without investing. You are scared of investing in your career and at the end of the day, your colleagues in the same career excel wonderfully. What will you be like later on? like an inferior, like a LOSER. You can now see that even without losing, you 've lost. As a great mind, you must gain more knowledge about your talent, invest in it and practise it rigorously. You are meant for OUTSTANDING SUCCESS.
